The COVID-19 pandemic exposed significant global inequities in access to medical interventions. The COVID Treatment QuickStart Consortium , Zambia Ministry of Health, Africa CDC, and USAID all launched efforts to accelerate access to oral anti-virals and stand up test-and-treat capabilities across multiple countries. This event, co-hosted by the COVID Treatment QuickStart Consortium (including Duke University, CHAI, and COVID Collaborative); Zambia MOH; Africa CDC; and USAID, will bring together public and private sector to share lessons learned from test-and-treat implementation and discuss the future of these programs, including integration of test-and-treat capabilities into emergency preparedness and primary health care.
