Exhibition Preparation
How do I reserve an exhibition booth for the conference?
Interested exhibitors must submit an application by 13 October. Please contact our exhibition team via email CPHIAexhibitions@africa-union.org to inquire about booth availability and the registration process.
What is included in the exhibition package?
There are a range of exhibition packages. See the guidelines for more information. The base level package includes a booth space, basic furnishings (e.g., table, chairs), exhibitor badges, your logo included in the Exhibition display wall, and access to the conference sessions.
Are there any restrictions on the materials or products I can display?
While we welcome a diverse range of exhibits, materials or products that are offensive, dangerous, or violate any laws are not allowed. Please review the event’s guidelines for more information.

Is Wi-Fi available in the exhibition hall?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided in the exhibition hall.
Can I conduct live demonstrations at my booth?
Absolutely! Live demonstrations are a great way to engage visitors and show off your products or services. Just be sure to conduct them safely within your designated booth space.
Can I offer giveaways or conduct prize drawings at my booth?
Giveaways and prize drawings are a great way to attract visitors and generate excitement at your booth. However, it is important to coordinate with the organisers to avoid conflicts with other scheduled activities.
What are the setup and dismantling timings for the exhibition?
Setup and dismantling timings will be provided in the exhibitor’s manual, which will be shared with exhibitors closer to the event dates.
Overview
Exhibitions at CPHIA 2023 are an opportunity to dynamically engage with conference attendees. Each exhibit should build on one of the five pillars of the Africa CDC’s New Public Health Order in Africa:
- Strong African Public Health Institutions
- Expanded Manufacturing of Vaccines, Diagnostics, and Therapeutics
- Investment in Public Health Workforce and Leadership Programs
- Increased Domestic Investment in Health
- Respectful, Action-Oriented Partnerships
Most importantly, exhibitions must promote the spirit and diversity of the continent.
Exhibitions will be featured in the Exhibition Hall, adjacent to the conference rooms, for the duration of the conference.
Exhibition Packages
(Limited to non-profit organisations, academic and research institutions from Africa only)
The Resiliência package includes:
- Standard booth
- Logo included in CPHIA 2023 Exhibition wall
- One complimentary conference registration
The Paix package includes:
- Standard booth
- Logo included in CPHIA 2023 Exhibition wall
- One complimentary conference registration
- Inclusion of a flyer in the conference attendee welcome bag
The اتحاد package includes:
- Standard booth
- Logo included in CPHIA 2023 Exhibition wall
- Two complimentary conference registrations
- 50% discount on side event fee (if you had already submitted a side event application)
- Inclusion of an item in the conference attendee welcome bag
The Ubuntu package includes:
- Mid-sized booth
- Priority logo placement on the CPHIA 2023 Exhibition wall and material
- Three complimentary conference registrations
- One complimentary pass to the VIP Networking section
- Full discount on side event fee (if you had already submitted a side event application)
- Sponsorship of five (5) young researchers; logo to be included on all related materials for the individuals sponsored
- Inclusion of an item in the conference attendee welcome bag
- Option to have a 2-3min video clip played in the exhibition hall
The Uhuru package includes:
- Large-sized booth
- Highest priority logo placement on the CPHIA 2023 Exhibition wall and material
- Five complimentary conference registrations
- Two complimentary passes to the VIP sections
- Full discount on side event fee (if you had already submitted a side event application)
- One dedicated meeting room
- Sponsorship of 15 young researchers (logo to be included on all related materials for the individuals sponsored)
- Inclusion of a flyer in the conference attendee welcome bag
- Option to sponsor an additional item in the conference bag (eg. water bottle, notebook etc)
