By visiting the Zambia Immigration Department website, you will be guided as to which countries require Visas. Participants who require a visa to enter Zambia should submit the necessary application online https://eservices.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm/#/home as early as 2 months but not later than two weeks before they travel to Zambia. In countries where Zambia has a diplomatic mission, information can be accessed from there. The list of hotels and kilometers to the Mulungushi International Conference Center are listed on the CPHIA Web page.
Participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. Hotels, which are offering a reduced rate for the Conference are listed on the CPHIA Web Page. Should participants wish to take advantage of the reduced rates, reservations should be made by e-mailing the selected hotel directly and not online via a hotel website or alternate booking portal.
Please note all rates are subject to availability and may not be available during peak times. The African Union is not in a position to assist participants with hotel bookings, nor can the CPHIA assume responsibility for paying cancellation fees or for re-bookings and no shows.

Yes, you can, Registration is facilitated by CPHIA with the issuance of an event accreditation. You are requested to arrive at the registration point at the Mulungushi International Conference center at least one hour before the start of the event on the first day, to allow sufficient time for your accreditation to be issued, as such registration and accreditation are necessary for free access and movement during the conference.
On sight registration will only be issued at registration point at Mulungushi International Conference Center. Please bring photo identification to facilitate the registration process; without a valid identification document clearly showing a photograph, it will not be possible to proceed with registration.
The conference dress code is business casual. Please wear what makes you feel most comfortable.
Also take note that, due to the size of the room, the temperature can fluctuate.
Expect and prepare for rain season during you stay in Lusaka, Zambia for the duration of the conference.
