Ms Célestine Tsondo

Chief Operations Office, Bluemind Foundation

As a dedicated volunteer CFO for the Bluemind Foundation, whose mission is the destigmatization of mental health among African populations, I combine financial and operational acumen with a passion for social impact. With a background in banking, I have now decided to move into the field of TECH, specializing in big data and the digital transformation of organizations.

With a Master's degree from ESCP Business School and currently in the process of completing an MBA in Digital - Marketing - Business at EFAP International School of Communication, I'm well aware of the increasingly preponderant role of digital technology and the impact it could have on our economies.

I earned my stripes in the banking sector, honing my skills in financial management, strategic planning and risk assessment. And the new skills I'm acquiring in the field of TECH coupled with my background will enable me to develop a dual expertise.

As head of the organization, I bring a wealth of financial expertise to the mission of destigmatizing mental health in African populations. I draw on my experience in the banking sector to strategically guide the foundation towards financial sustainability, ensuring that resources are optimally allocated for maximum impact. I'm also in charge of operations, ensuring that our activities run smoothly in collaboration with all our staff.

This conference provides me with a platform to share my ideas on the vital intersection of mental health advocacy. I'm convinced that innovative technological solutions could be a key to advancing mental health initiatives, particularly in the African context
