Eloise Todd is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Pandemic Action Network, a global network of more than 350 organisations fighting for every country to be able to stop future outbreaks from becoming pandemics. Equity for low- and middle-income countries is also a key focus.
Eloise is an advocacy, policy, campaigns, communications and strategy specialist with over 20 years' experience in international development and global health. Her experience includes time as a political adviser within the EU institutions, during which time she accompanied political missions of the EU to Darfur, observing the 2005 elections in Liberia, reported on tsunami reconstruction in Indonesia in 2006 and also advised on missions to Mali, Mauritania, Kenya, Ethiopia and Congo-Brazaville in that time. Eloise worked as Global Policy Director of the ONE Campaign. In her free time Eloise works voluntarily with campaigners to advise on advancing a range of issues from anti-racism to child hunger.
