Jackline Kiarie, MPH, is a distinguished public health professional, former Board Member, and current observer at the Pandemic Fund. She manages health systems strengthening programs, with a recent focus on the convergence of UHC, Primary Health Care, and health security. Currently serving as a Regional Programme Manager, she provides managerial oversight, strategic leadership, and technical expertise in Health Security programs across sub-Saharan Africa. Ms. Kiarie's notable achievements include successfully spearheading the adoption of innovation in enhancing health system performance, a feat that earned her the prestigious 2015 Brand Hall Award for Best Use of Mobile Technology in Health Programs.
