Renee Ngamau is a Lawyer of over 20 years, and Business Leadership Coach at ReneeSense, a coaching and training institute that works with senior managers and Boards in governance, strategic intervention, market execution, board interface and team leadership. ReneeSense also works with entrepreneurs in the market acquisition and expansion phase.
Renee serves on various boards including as a global board member of
Amnesty International, a well renowned international human rights
organization, CleanStart Africa, a not-for-profit organization serving women and children in Africa who have been negatively impacted by the criminal justice system and CheckUps Medical, a social impact, fintech healthtech company.

Renee's career began in oil and gas industry,
progressed to corporate, where she rapidly rose to
senior management, and alternate to board chair,
before joining an international corporate law firm in
their London, UK, mergers & acquisitions department.
Always looking to excel in new areas, Renee has also
hosted an award winning weekday morning drive
show on CapitalFM Kenya's radio station.

Renee is an multiple award winner, including winner
of the Moving Mountains Award by United Global
Success, being named Graca Machel Trust Women
Advancing Africa Champion and 100 most influential
African Women 2021 by Avance Media. Renee is
fluent in English, French, and Kiswahili.
