I am Sicily Kariuki,  the Founder & CEO of Re-imagineImpact Associates Ltd - a bespoke consultancy Firm, which supports organization and individuals optimize their performance  effectiveness through Emotional Intelligence coaching, training & assessments, executive leadership coaching & Strategy design, among other capacity development interventions.

As Kenya’s Cabinet Minister of Health (2018 – 2020), Sicily lead several health systems strengthening interventions including  the design and successful execution of the national UHC pilot project, design of several policies, expansion of health infrastructure,   initiated reforms on health financing reforms, and set up the Rapid Response Systems for responding to the COVID 19 pandemic.

Sicily is currently a core member of the Lancet Commission on Future of Health & Economic Resiliency in Africa (FHERA) and has previously served as WHO commission on Non-Communicable Diseases. 

Sicily is the co-founder of NoniKariuki Foundation which advocates for women’s health particularly adolescents.
