This session aims to advance critical issues around topics related to the WHO pandemic agreement and the newly created World Bank Pandemic Fund (WBPF). In this session, we will offer a multiview perspective of civil society and non-governmental actors, focusing on issues relevant to the African region and the new public health order. This discussion will cover the moral obligation of capitalizing WBPF and other specific issues related to the Fund. Such as issues of transparency,  allocation strategy, conflicts of interest, and accreditation of regional implementers in Africa – chief among them is the Africa CDC
